With over 25 insurance companies we represent, we have a policy to fit most businesses and individuals at the most competitive premium. Our tremendous growth has created a need for additional Insurance Agents / Client Service Representatives. • Answering incoming phone calls from existing and prospective clients, assessing their needs, and provide solutions as needed
• Help sales team rate new policies through our agency carrier portals when needed
• Cross-sell products to existing clients
• Process endorsements such as vehicle additions, driver additions, etc.
• Process renewals on our existing book of business each month
• Maintain detailed and accurate database of client information using our agency management system
• Other duties as assigned
• We must stress that this is a high energy, fast moving company. The ability to multi-task and stay organized is vitally important.

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty License
• At least one-year commercial insurance experience
• College degree preferred; high school diploma required
