  • Direct day-to-day F&BO activities for all Development while effectively balancing customer expectations and meeting internal financial commitments.
  • Advising F-35 CFO and the Development Program Manager VPs on all Development F&BO matters.
  • Influencing the proposal development within the Development portfolios to ensure successful new business capture with the ability to achieve desired profit margins.
  • Ensuring all program F&BO deliverables are completed accurately and delivered on time.
  • Maintaining appropriate financial controls and ensure process compliance in successful contract execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and sustain "standard work" processes within finance operations, while leading transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and position the Finance and Business Operations organization as a strategic partner in enterprise-wide change.
You will be responsible for day-to-day execution of all Contracts Management, Estimating, Program Management Integration, Financial Management and FP&A activities related to the Development Contracts.Additional responsibilities include:
  • Earned Value Management on program portfolio including monitoring, control of program budgets, estimates at completion, and achievement of Program Cost targets.
  • Design, implement, and sustain "standard work" processes within finance operations, while leading transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and position the Finance and Business Operations organization as a strategic partner in enterprise-wide change.
  • Ensure proper coordination, review and approval of Proposals, Contract Statement Of Work (CSOW's), Supplier Statement Of Work (SSOW's), technical documents, etc.
  • Support the development and negotiation of contract mod price proposals that appropriately balance risk and profit.
  • Provide guidance to the various IPTs and Program Management concerning Development issues.
  • Interface with the Customer as required on all Development activities.
