Enjoy a fulfilling career with benefits, competitive pay, and opportunities for long-term growth.As an Outbound Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments over the phone with potential clients for our sales team. Utilize our innovative contact system to connect with a new potential client every 90 seconds on-site. We need a dynamic individual who can lead by example, providing training, mentoring, and coaching to maximize the potential of our call center agents. Hourly base plus commission with potential earnings of $90,000-$120,000+ per year for top performers. Training is provided to help you reach your sales goals. Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 am-4 pm in our Outbound Appointment Setting Department. This is an on-site position in Las Vegas, NV.   • Lead a team of call center agents to engage potential customers over the phone and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to recommend additional solar solutions to customers
  • Conduct thorough comparisons between Direct Solar's products and competitors' offerings to assist customers in making informed decisions
  • Ensure prompt responses to emails and manage communication effectively
  • Stay updated on competitor pricing, packaging, and products, while maintaining knowledge of Direct Solar's solutions
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages growth and development opportunities
  • Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
  • Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and respect towards all potential customers
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to the call center team
  • Analyze data, recorded calls, and team performance to offer constructive feedback
  • Report daily and weekly to the Director of Sales to track company metrics and targets
Qualifications: Must haves:
  • 1 year minimum experience in a leadership role
  • 1 year minimum experience making outbound sales calls
  • Vehicle
  • Great organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • A verifiable track record of success in past roles
Nice to have:
  • Experience in the solar industry
