ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with CHAD JACOBSON - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit.   • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Property and Casualty License
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience within State Farm office preferred.
