Job title: Commercial Modular Construction Project Manager in Phoenix, AZ at Scion Staffing Company: Scion Staffing Job description: Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Commercial Modular Construction Project Manager on behalf of our client, an international supplier of temporary and permanent workplace structures. In this role, you'll work remotely from New Mexico or Arizona, overseeing projects; including oversite of construction, project progress, budget management and resource allocation; and visit the sites on a regular basis. This is a full time, direct hire, remote/hybrid role in NM or AZ!What They Offer:

What You Will Be Doing:

• Project Management: Oversee modular construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
• Safety & Compliance: Lead safety efforts and enforce high standards for workplace safety.
• Budget & Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, manage costs, and ensure projects remain financially on track
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor Superintendents, Project Coordinators, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
• Site Visits & Travel: Travel regularly to project sites across Arizona and New Mexico, with occasional overnight stays as needed.

What You Will Need:

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management
• 2+ years of experience managing commercial modular construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors.
