Licensed in (DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA).Remote Psycho-Social Assessment for new admission Inpatient clients.

• Population – Inpatient Adult Clients

• Patients are admitted for a variety of mental health and addiction issues. This may include clients with complex medical needs.
• Clients may include voluntary and involuntary admissions.

• Schedule – Up to 20 hours a week. Schedule is flexible and need is for weekdays between 9 am to 5 pm Eastern time.

• There is some flexibility possible for as late as up to 8:00 pm and limited weekend hours.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 hours per day which includes time for documentation.

• Assessment Tool – the Behavior and Symptoms Identification Scale (BASIS-32) will be used as a part of the psycho-social assessment.

• Documentation – Electronic Medical Records platform is Cerner.

Responsibilities:

• Provide initial assessments via video conferencing platforms such as Zoom.
• Embrace innovative telemedicine approaches for patient care.
• Document patient interactions and maintain electronic health records.
• Collaborate with the clinical team as needed.
• Must have personal computer system that can utilize Zoom and EHR access platforms to deliver services.
• Must use a HIPAA-compliant office workspace.
