(UHS) is looking for a patient-focused experienced Licensed Telehealth Therapist LCSW/LMFT/LPC to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. Licensed in (DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA).Remote Psycho-Social Assessment for new admission Inpatient clients.
- Population – Inpatient Adult Clients
- Patients are admitted for a variety of mental health and addiction issues. This may include clients with complex medical needs.
- Clients may include voluntary and involuntary admissions.
- Schedule – Up to 20 hours a week. Schedule is flexible and need is for weekdays between 9 am to 5 pm Eastern time.
- There is some flexibility possible for as late as up to 8:00 pm and limited weekend hours.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 hours per day which includes time for documentation.
- Assessment Tool – the Behavior and Symptoms Identification Scale (BASIS-32) will be used as a part of the psycho-social assessment.
- Documentation – Electronic Medical Records platform is Cerner.

- Provide initial assessments via video conferencing platforms such as Zoom.

- Document patient interactions and maintain electronic health records.
- Collaborate with the clinical team as needed.
- Must have personal computer system that can utilize Zoom and EHR access platforms to deliver services.
- Must use a HIPAA-compliant office workspace.

- A webcam or HD webcam – built-in, USB plug-in or an HD cam or HD camcorder with a video-capture card OR virtual camera software for use with broadcasting software like OBS or IP cameras.

- Active clinical licensure in (DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA).
- Familiarity and experience using the BASIS-32 assessment tool – preferred.
- Active Clinical licensure in LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LMHC.
- Proficiency in using technology for patient management.
