• Declared major in Biology, a related science field, or Education, as indicated in the application materials.
• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in a degree program at the University of Kansas (KU).

Advertised Salary Range10.25/hr up to 13.00/hrPreferred Qualifications

• At least junior standing (or higher) at the time of employment.
• Earned a grade of "A" in the biology course(s) relevant to the lab(s) being taught.
• Maintains an overall GPA of 3.25 or higher.
• Preference given to students eligible for Federal Work-Study funding.

For summer periods the student hourly must: (1) have been enrolled in no less than 6 hours in the past spring semester or (2) be pre-enrolled in the upcoming fall semester in no less than 6 hours or (3) be enrolled in summer session or (4) be admitted to study in the upcoming fall semester. Student Hourlies may be undergraduate or graduate students.
