We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Specialist to play a crucial role in enhancing the performance of our product and business operations through extensive A/B testing and expert metric design. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Managers and Business Leads to execute effective experiments and establish new performance metrics for dynamic environment. Your contribution will empower the team by building ground truth data sets, custom dashboards, and data tools that ensure quick and insightful data query responses.Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests in collaboration with Product Managers and Business Leads.
- Define new performance metrics for the product and business, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
- Prototype metrics using custom data pipelines to capture precise performance insights.
- Develop high-quality ground truth data sets and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with Product and Analytics Engineering teams to spec out logging requirements and build data tools for company-wide use.
- Proficiency in A/B testing techniques and statistical data analysis.
- Advanced skills in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R).
- Demonstrated experience in designing and building metrics and data pipelines.
- Prior experience in the insurance industry or in measuring customer experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
