• Work Hours: Full-time - Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of customer service and/or HVAC dispatcher experience
• Intermediate knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to dispatching
• Excellent grammar and writing skills
• Great phone skills are required!
• Light Sales experience a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Customer service skills
• Physical ability to sit for long periods of time

- HVAC office experience a plus but not required.- Knowledge of Service Titan and Quickbooks is a plus!Can you work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere?
