- Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MT (clocked in by 8:00 AM).
- Provided inbound phone and chat support for Apple Card customers, focusing on fraud-related issues.
- Handled declined transactions due to suspicious activity and guided customers through fraud resolution processes.
- Delivered exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and professional experience on every call and chat interaction.
