Data Entry Specialist
Job Purpose:The data entry clerk reviews and enters selections provided by the customer into WBS database timely and correctly. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Enter flooring and manufactured good selections into computer database within 24-48 hours of receipt.
- Enter in carpet exclusions and request trim estimates.
- Scan in all documents for each quote entered.
- Enter revisions and or changes and delete old selections when applicable.
- Double check all selections entered for accuracy.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Minimum High School Diploma Required
- Two years administrative experience a plus
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Ability to operate well under the pressure of a deadline
- Possess problem solving and analytical skills
- Computer skills a plus- Microsoft Office, Email etiquette
