- Be part of Ford Motor Company's Lincoln service division responsible for dealership contacts in northern California.
- Join our team to make an immediate impact on key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction, remote service experiences, parts purchases and more.
- Ensure projects and deliverables are communicated and completed in a timely manner.
- Communicate key metrics in a highly effective manner to be clear and concise with both Company and dealership employees.
- Contact and manage Lincoln dealership in Northern California area, consulting to improve the Lincoln Ownership experience and Parts & Service business.
- Identify and help resolve opportunities for process improvement to implement best practices by leveraging mainframe applications and Qlik dashboards. Candidate would be proficient in being able to utilize Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience within automotive or related industries, with a track record of increasing responsibility.
- 2+ years of dealership automotive contact experience.
