Virtual Interior Designer – Ongoing Contract (High-Volume House Flips)

We’re a Chicago-based investment group that renovates dozens of single-family homes each year. We need a detail-oriented, budget-savvy virtual interior designer to partner with us long term.
What you’ll do on every project:
- Review before-photos, floor plan sketches, and budget guidelines
- Create a clear moodboard and quick design drawings for the rehab team
- Choose cohesive colorways, lighting, plumbing fixtures, flooring, tile, hardware, and other finishes
- Source cost-effective product options (we value style AND ROI)
- Deliver a one-page “finish schedule” with purchase links and SKUs
