Remote Legal Researcher (PACER)

If so, R & W Group has a fantastic new opportunity! One of our favorite clients is looking for a PACER Research Analyst to support their legal research needs. In this position, you will conduct in-depth research using the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) system and present findings clearly and accurately. Position Responsibilities: Retrieve and review case documents and records from PACER for accuracy and relevance. Maintain organized records of all retrieved information for easy reference. Prepare reports and present data findings clearly for client needs. Skills & Experience Required: Strong proficiency with PACER and the ability to locate and interpret legal case information efficiently. Keen attention to detail and analytical skills to accurately summarize findings. Proficient with data organization and clear record maintenance. Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings effectively. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote, flexible work environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Location: Central Time (CT) or Eastern Time (ET) Hours: Part-Time, 20+ hours/week, fully remote, with flexible scheduling Pay rate of $23-30/hr, depending upon experience.
