Client Engagement CoordinatorWe are excited to announce an opportunity for a Client Engagement Coordinator to join our esteemed team, specializing in account management for a diverse group of Sales Professionals. This pivotal role is integral to supporting the management of complex or high-yield accounts, fostering communication with key stakeholders, overseeing account systems, and organizing impactful events, all while ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. The Coordinator will also be responsible for handling various accounting tasks, crafting professional presentations, and executing satisfaction surveys to enhance client relations.Location: 100% Remote anywhere in the Continental USShift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm ETCompensation: $20.85 per hourCompensation And Benefits

Key Responsibilities
  • Support account management for complex or high-value clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with agents, brokers, account representatives, and internal stakeholders.
  • Independently draft and send correspondence as required.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the account management system.
  • Complete compliance-related documentation and filings.
  • Organize and manage logistics for significant events, including communication, agenda, and budget oversight.
  • Prepare and review presentations and deliverables for accuracy and relevance.
  • Conduct satisfaction surveys for team accounts and generate insightful reports for Sales Professionals.
  • Reconcile Accounts Receivable discrepancies and address related issues with Accounting.
Required Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in account management systems and relevant software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
  • Experience in event coordination and logistics management.
  • Strong analytical skills for survey execution and report development.
  • Understanding of accounting principles with experience in Accounts Receivable reconciliation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in client engagement, account management, or a similar capacity.
  • Proactive attitude and self-motivated work ethic.
