- Organize and maintain data in spreadsheets and reports, utilizing Microsoft Excel to ensure accuracy.
- Update and manage records, including inventory files and promotional performance reports.
- Provide support to the sales team by addressing customer inquiries, managing product catalogs, and assisting with promotions and budget planning.
- Prepare necessary export documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Engage effectively with vendors, retailers, and internal teams to foster strong business relationships.
- Coordinate scheduling of meetings with vendors, contributing to ongoing partnerships.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as phone management, meeting room bookings, and minute-taking.
- Assist in corporate and client participation at distributor sales meetings, food shows, and other industry events.
- Strong communication and marketing acumen for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to administrative responsibilities.
- Experience in budgeting, planning, and bookkeeping with a solid grasp of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional time management skills to balance multiple priorities efficiently.
- Capacity to work independently while also being an effective team collaborator.
- High school diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales support, or data analysis is required (2+ years preferred).
- Spanish language proficiency is advantageous.
