Global GTM Operations Team at TRACTIAN At TRACTIAN the GTM Operations team is a global department that supports Tractian GTM teams across the US, Brazil, and Mexico. We are a foundational team that is building the data infrastructure, systems, and processes that support our GTM team and directly impact our customer experience. What you'll do As the Deal Desk Lead, you will manage the deal and renewal desk function at Tractian. You’ll support Sales and Customer Success in structuring and approving deals, coordinating renewal workflows, ensuring pricing consistency, and serving as a connectivity layer between front-line teams and back-office systems. Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and structure sales and renewal deals to meet customer needs and internal policies.
  • Evaluate deal profitability, compliance risks, and revenue recognition impact.
  • Guide sales and CS teams on pricing, discounting, and deal structure.
  • Work closely with Legal, Finance, and Sales to get approvals and resolve blockers.
  • Own and improve deal desk and renewal workflows to boost efficiency.
  • Ensure deals follow company policies, legal standards, and margin guidelines.
  • Build dashboards and reports on deal trends, pipeline, and performance.
  • Identify risks in deals early and take action to mitigate.
  • Share best practices and standardize templates for repeat deal types
  • Improve CRM workflows (HubSpot) and integrate deal desk data.
  • Help automate approval processes and improve deal forecasting.
  • Document processes and train GTM teams on deal desk usage.
  • Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Finance—preferably in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of deal structures, commercial terms, and B2B pricing models
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM and CPQ systems (HubSpot and Pandadoc is a bonus), with experience building scalable workflows and approval processes.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Legal, and Finance teams to resolve deal blockers and improve velocity.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a bias for automation and scale.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
