• Teach marketing classes and demonstrating skills and/or knowledge in the discipline.
• Make continuous efforts to improve the quality of instruction by reviewing and utilizing innovative methodologies, techniques, and delivery methods.
• Develop and use a syllabus for each course or laboratory in accordance with college, discipline, and departmental guidelines, and submit a copy to the department chair.
• Planning, developing, and employing a variety of innovative teaching methods and materials that help students meet course objectives and learning outcomes.
• Adapt instruction to accommodate students with diverse educational backgrounds, experiences, and learning styles.
• Evaluating students to assess their progress toward achieving course objectives and learning outcomes, and providing timely feedback on their performance.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and submitting related reports and forms within required timelines.
• Review, evaluating, and recommending appropriate student textbooks and learning materials.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Marketing.
• Minimum of eighteen (18) graduate credit hours in Marketing from an accredited business school
• At least three (3) years of teaching experience at the university level
• Experience teaching in both face-to-face and online modalities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Evidence of teaching effectiveness (e.g., student evaluations, peer reviews, teaching awards)
• Relevant industry or business experience in the field of Marketing.
