The Online Tutor will conduct interactive video tutoring sessions with students, assist in explaining concepts, solving problems, and ensuring students' understanding. Tutors will leverage Filo's platform to provide personalized support and guidance to students in various subjects.Ideal Profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in subject matter being taught
- Experience in conducting online tutoring sessions
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively
- Patience and adaptability in teaching methods
- Comfortable with technology and online educational tools
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant field
