Program Planner - Advanced - Full Time Remote

THE WORK This is a full-time remote position to support the Multi-Mission Air Defense programs managed at our Syracuse, NY facility. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy.
- Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts.
- Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused.
- Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for effective schedule performance management.
- Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.
- Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments.
Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.
- Regularly contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards. Considered an emerging authority in field within the organization.
- Develops solutions to complex problems, ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives.
Perform work without appreciable direction, ability to exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
- Ability to lead, train, and mentor junior planners in support of multiple programs.
- To succeed in this position, you will effectively use your interpersonal skills to collaborate in a team environment, communicate effectively, influence behaviors and manage multiple deadlines.
