As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless transfer of data and maintaining data integrity during the migration process. Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data migration requirements and objectives.
- Extract, analyze, and cleanse data from the current ATS system to prepare it for migration.
- Develop data mapping and transformation processes to ensure data compatibility between the current and target ATS systems.
- Conduct data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
- Work closely with the IT team and vendors to facilitate the smooth transfer of data between systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot data inconsistencies or discrepancies, implementing appropriate solutions.
- Perform post-migration data quality checks to ensure data integrity in the new ATS platform.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with specific experience in ATS data migration.
- Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Familiarity with various ATS platforms and their data structures.
- Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
