- Active LPN/LVN license
- Home Health experience required
- 1+ year of experience within this specialty
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association

Assignment Details for this LPN-LVN Role:
- Guaranteed Hours: 40-hour schedules
- Five 8-hour shifts - days
- On-call possible
- 13-week contract
