Job Title: Dental Lab Technician Location: In Office Paradigm Dental Labs - Grand Rapids, Michigan Job Type: Full time, flexible hours, in lab, remote work unavailable Not eligible for remote work Must be eligible to work in the US Sponsorship not available Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and hard-working Dental Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating our CAD/CAM software and milling machines, scanning impressions and final arches, and learning digital design using Exocad. You will also manage our 3D printers and perform maintenance on all equipment. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain CAD/CAM software and milling machines Scan impressions and final arches Learn and apply digital design techniques using Exocad Run and maintain 3D printers Perform regular maintenance on lab equipment Work effectively in a fast-paced, quiet environment Adapt to flexible hours as needed Qualifications: Previous experience in a dental lab or related field preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and an artistry mindset is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and organizational skills If you are passionate about dental technology and eager to learn in a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply!
