Data Architect /Engineer with Scrum Master || Remote work

Job Title: Data Architect /Engineering Location: US || Remote Work Mode : Contract || Long Term Job Description:- The Data Architect Lead provides technical leadership for the Delivery Team, specifically addressing the question of "how to structure and complete stories and tasks. The Senior Scrum Master Lead will partner with the Product Owners to form the senior leadership team. This team promotes alignment across delivery teams. They are responsible for quarterly planning and execution and nurturing the analytics community. The Data Architect Lead will work with Delivery Sponsor(s) to define team charter and solicit senior leadership approval.

• Provides technical guidance to the Delivery Team, helping to address technical decisions for building data solutions, bringing in new capabilities and working to reduce redundancy and inefficiencies across the shared data platform.
• Directs resources responsible for design, development, deployment and operations of capabilities with participation from Product Owner.
• Works with team members to size and schedule the work, balancing out short- and long-term data needs with the evolving data platform.
• Acts as a backup and supports the Product Owner to ensure that the Delivery Team is successful and progress is made on multiple priorities (covering meetings as needed, etc.)
• Supports technical coordination and alignment across Delivery Teams, partnering closely with other Senior Scrum Master Lead and Architects/Modelers/Technical Leaders. This work includes maintaining awareness of data assets built by other Delivery Teams, status of data quality issues, availability of innovations and coming platform improvements.

Qualifications & Experience The ideal candidate for this role will have experience as a Data Architect working on an Agile team, have strong data engineering and architect experience, be a certified Scrum Master and have knowledge of best practices for data platform development in a shared environment.

• Must be able to understand and communicate best practices for shared data development and contribute to the development and improvement of best practices moving forward.
• Maintain awareness of meta-data management and data quality tools and ensure that the technical team is using and contributing to these tools in the development and maintenance of data assets.
• Ability to provide Scrum support to the Delivery Team, bringing best practices for Agile team management and tools.
