Contracts Specialist Expert

The Contract Specialist will provide support to the Experian Health Legal and Contracting department. You will report to Experian Health and will focus on the drafting, revision and finalization of customer contracts, amongst others.

You'll have opportunity to

• Provide contract drafting, and editing of customer agreements
• Conduct negotiation calls with customers or other third parties
• Help create new templates
• Draft and update reports and contracting database
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and other departments and exceed goals
• Conduct research (Write two or three sentences that describe the role.

• 3+ years legal, contracting process and negotiating experience
• 2+ years' contracting experience within the healthcare industry
• 2+ years' experience with Salesforce
• 2+ years' experience with APTTUS
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• JD

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
