Join Our Team as an Entry Level Event Specialist at Think Tell Junction Think Tell Junction We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting with the planning, organization, and execution of a variety of events including corporate meetings, conferences, trade shows, and social gatherings. Responsibilities: • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including logistics management and venue coordination. • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure all event needs are met. • Support the development of event marketing materials, including social media posts and promotional content. • Help set up and break down event spaces, including arranging furniture and decor. • Monitor event budgets and assist with financial tracking and reporting. • Participate in event rehearsals and coordinate event-day activities to ensure seamless execution. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills. • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event registration software. • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
