Join TTEC as a Healthcare Senior Manager and lead innovative service delivery initiatives in the healthcare industry! This is a remote role where you'll have the opportunity to manage high-performing teams and ensure excellent service standards across multiple healthcare projects. As a Senior Manager, you'll oversee strategic operational management, focusing on delivering exceptional customer care and operational excellence in a healthcare context. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team focused on healthcare service delivery, ensuring alignment with operational goals and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement effective service delivery strategies, ensuring best practices in patient care and outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including healthcare professionals and IT, to streamline processes and enhance service quality. Oversee the quality of care and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Analyze performance data and implement improvements to ensure efficient service delivery.
