The ideal candidate should have a pulse on the conservative movement in social media marketing. They should be skilled in writing comments and messages that resonate, some editing experience, and an understanding of how to build and convert a digital audience. They should understand how to promote education, educational initiatives and the voice/tone of reaching parents. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for scheduling content across social media platforms on a daily basis
• Explore new ways to engage and new social networks to reach our target audience
• Evolve and elevate PragerU's storytelling through timely, engaging campaigns
• Constantly monitor social media channels and engage with posts, popular hashtags and join pop culture conversations/moments in a proactive and timely manner to cultivate community
• Collaborate across the team and different departments to capture in-the-moment content while keeping overall content and social strategy in mind
• Manage PragerU's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Parler, TikTok, and YouTube
• Responsible for scheduling content across social media platforms on a daily basis
• Explore new ways to engage and new social networks to reach our target audience

Successful Candidates Will Possess:

• 3-5 years of social media and/or related digital marketing experience preferred
• Strategic experience on social platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, as well as staying up to date on emerging platforms.
• Passion for social media and good understanding of key trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Extremely organized with an eye for detail
• An ability to multitask, plan ahead on projects, and meet tight deadlines
• Aligns with company mission and vision
