Key Responsibilities: * Watch and analyze various types of content provided by Netflix. * Assign relevant tags and metadata to accurately classify content based on genre, mood, tone, and other attributes. * Collaborate with the Content Operations team to ensure consistency and quality in content tagging. * Stay updated on industry trends and audience preferences to inform tagging decisions. * Provide feedback on tagging processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Required Skills and Qualifications: * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of content. * Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. * Passion for entertainment and familiarity with a wide range of TV shows, movies, and genres. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with content management systems preferred. Experience: * Previous experience in content analysis, tagging, or metadata management is a plus but not required. * Experience working in a remote or freelance capacity is advantageous.
