In this critical role, you will contribute significantly to data enrichment tasks for one of our valued healthcare clients, ensuring the highest quality standards in every undertaking. Your work will directly enhance our quality control processes and support our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities • Conduct thorough reviews and complete data enrichment tasks in accordance with client-specific training and guidelines. • Perform credentialing-related duties, including data entry of applications, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications. • Communicate with various state boards and credentialing bodies to secure status updates and verifications. • Maintain the accuracy and quality of credentialing data while adhering to established industry standards. • Verify third-party information utilizing online databases for thorough cross-checking. • Undertake additional responsibilities as required. Required Skills • Strong attention to detail with an unwavering focus on accuracy. • Proficient command of the English language, showcasing strong written and verbal communication skills. • Capable of establishing a remote work environment supported by a reliable internet connection (minimum speed of 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload). Qualifications • A minimum of 6 months experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service role is preferred. • Ability to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with weekends off.
