Job Overview We are in search of an experienced and proactive Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our esteemed team in a part-time remote capacity. This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining our accounting records efficiently. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and present accounting and financial reports. • Accurately record financial transactions across all ledgers and reconcile accounts. • Generate journal entries when necessary. • Execute various general accounting tasks with precision. • Assist in preparing payroll and sales/use tax returns. Required Skills • Minimum of 8 years of comprehensive bookkeeping experience. • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks is essential. • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, alongside familiarity with other accounting software. • Exceptional organizational abilities with a knack for managing multiple priorities effectively and meeting deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Capacity to collaborate with diverse personalities and contribute positively as a team member. • Detail-oriented approach, dependable, and a motivated self-starter with quick learning capabilities. • Ability to work autonomously while ensuring high accuracy in your work prior to submission. • Preferred experience in public accounting. • Must successfully pass a bookkeeping examination and background check. Qualifications • At least 8 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping or related domains. • No specific degree is mandated; however, certifications in bookkeeping or accounting are advantageous.
