Omni Family of Services of Ohio is looking for a trauma competent, quality-driven professional to join our amazing team as a Community Based Therapist. The Community Based Therapist will provide telehealth services (assessment, treatment, etc) to youth and families to address behavioral health difficulties in the home, school and/or community. The therapist will utilize evidence based/supported service models in order to increase functioning and stability within the family system. Through the integration of trauma informed and resilience focused treatment, the goal of the Community Based Therapist is to facilitate a successful transition back into the youth's home or help prevent out of home placement. What you bring to this role: • Bring your passion and expertise • A desire to help others become the best they can be in serving our clients while managing a healthy work/life balance. • Ability to be a team member and thought leader. • Individual required to possess masters degree and an active LPCC, LISW or LIMFT.
