Provide training and support to team members on the effective use of automation tools and technologies. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as an Automation Engineer or similar role, with a track record of successfully implementing automation solutions. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ for automation scripting. Strong understanding of automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or UiPath. Solid knowledge of software development and software testing methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Experience in the HR or recruitment industry is a plus. Familiarity with machine learning and AI technologies for automation enhancements.
