As a Customer Service Representative, you may support our trade partners, consumers, and/or internal process partners via phone, chat, email or other technology for our Whirlpool Consumer Services organization... These interactions range from scheduling service appointments to placing orders and scheduling deliveries. Whirlpool Consumer Services supports our customers from 7:55AM-6:15PM EST Monday through Friday and Saturday 7:55am-5:15pm (8 hours shift / 40 hours per week). Hard wired internet via ethernet cable, a stationary surface (table, desk, etc) to place equipment and a quiet working space free from noise and distraction are required. Childcare is required. Must be dedicated to being at your workstation with the capability of assisting callers throughout the entirety of your shift. Pay is $14.50 hr and not negotiable. salary: $14.49 - $14.5 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 6 PM education: High School Responsibilities • Managing inbound and outbound calls, emails or chats based on business needs • Navigate through multiple computer systems to help resolve consumer issues as well as document the consumer interaction as needed. • Managing and maintaining your schedule through both Whirlpool and Randstad computer systems. This may include logging in and out, time off requests, and ensuring timecard accuracy. • Ability to manage the consumer’s interaction while utilizing multiple computer screens, requiring computer setup comprehension. (Laptop, Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, Router, Ethernet Cable, Connections, etc.) • Helping consumers resolve issues, providing troubleshooting information, placing consumer initiated orders, and scheduling service while ensuring consumers are fully satisfied when the call, email or chat is completed. • Negotiate through and diffusing escalated consumer interactions by demonstrating soft skills and issue ownership The essential functions of this role include: • working weekends Skills • Telephone Etiquette • Basic Software Skills • Customer Service • Active Listening • Call Center Support • Typing Skills • Customer support • Hard Wired Internet (1 year of experience is required) • Quiet Working Space (1 year of experience is required) Qualifications • Years of experience: 1 year • Experience level: Entry Level Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
