Description Our client is looking for an outstanding bilingual customer service agent to help their customers... This is a temp position until 1/31/2025. ( Possibility of hire based on performance) • This position is remote, but candidates must be within 35 miles from Raintree and the Loop 101** Job Description Supporting multiple bank customers that have accrued enough reward points to purchase products. The calls are about tracking the shipment, cancelling the shipment, refunding reward points, shipment arrived damaged, help on the website buying product. It is a yes environment, yes, we can cancel, yes, we can refund your reward points. Card Holders call in to book travel by using the points they have accumulated. Inbound call center assisting these clients to book flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises. Training Schedule: Day one is 9am-5:30pm, Training hours after 1 st day: 6:00AM – 2:30PM Multiple schedules available after training.
