Responsibilities • Accurately input and update client and case information into the firm's database. • Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system. • Maintain and organize electronic and paper files for easy access and retrieval. • Assist with generating reports and data analysis as required by the legal team. • Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure data integrity and consistency. • Manage and prioritize multiple data entry tasks to meet deadlines. • Support the administrative team with additional tasks as needed.
