Key Responsibilities • Extract and consolidate auction data into established Excel templates. • Communicate auction data to internal teams for further processing and posting. • Conduct thorough reviews of posted data to guarantee its accuracy by cross-referencing with original auction records. • Identify, analyze, and rectify data discrepancies, including intricate errors in postings. • Work in conjunction with the posting team to maintain accuracy and provide necessary updates or feedback. • Keep organized records of auction data, posting results, and corrections implemented. • Propose enhancements to processes aimed at improving accuracy and efficiency in data management workflows. • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks associated with wholesale data governance.
