Key Responsibilities • Deliver psychotherapy services to diverse clients, either virtually or in-person at designated locations. • Conduct comprehensive assessments, provide accurate diagnoses, and formulate individualized treatment plans. • Regularly reassess and modify treatment plans in alignment with client progress. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, fostering a holistic approach to client care. • Ensure timely submission of client documentation within 72 hours of each session. • Maintain an active caseload in accordance with the standards set forth in your employment agreement. • Effectively manage your caseload, including scheduling, billing, and addressing client engagement. Required Skills • Dedication to client-centered care and a strong desire to enhance your knowledge of trauma-informed methodologies and evidence-based practices. • Excellent communication skills, a positive demeanor, and a collaborative spirit are essential for success in this role. Qualifications • Must hold an active, independent license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Clinical Psychologist. • Must reside in a state where our services are offered (California residency required for hybrid positions). • Must not be opted out of Medicare. • Strong technological proficiency, including experience with EHR systems, Zoom, Google Suite, and other relevant tools. Compensation And Benefits • Sign-On Bonus: Enjoy a generous sign-on bonus totaling (3,500 for full-time therapists (structured as )2,000 after 90 days and $1,500 after 9 months). • Competitive Compensation: Full-time therapists can earn between (70,000 and )110,000 annually, with a base salary starting at $70,000 for a minimum of 25 clients per week, allowing for increased earnings based on caseload. • Part-Time Opportunities: Engage in flexible part-time roles with session options between 10-24 per week at an hourly rate of $50. • Comprehensive Benefits: Full-time therapists receive medical, dental, and vision insurance; HSA/FSA options; company-paid life insurance; four weeks of PTO; paid holidays; and a 401(k) plan with company matching.
