Peace & Progress Therapy is a growing, innovative practice seeking independently licensed therapists (LMFTs, LCPCs, LMSWs) to join our team and provide exceptional care to clients ages 12-24 and their families. We offer a supportive environment where you can utilize your expertise to address the challenges faced by today's generation, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflict, school stress, bullying, ADHD, social media/gaming addiction, substance abuse, and grief. Who We're Looking For: • Licensed LMFT, LCPC, or LMSW in good standing with the Maryland Board (must be clinical-level licensure). • Minimum 3 years of experience providing individual, couple, or family therapy. • Strong clinical skills and experience working with adolescents and young adults. • Culturally competent and committed to providing inclusive care. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in telehealth modalities preferred.
