Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, interacting with customers to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues efficiently. As a Call Center Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for handling a large volume of inbound calls, maintaining professionalism while navigating various customer concerns, and delivering timely solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, will be critical in assisting customers with their needs. Responsibilities • Manage large volumes of incoming calls in a timely manner • Provide accurate information regarding products and services • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism • Document all customer interactions in the system • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience • Adhere to company policies and procedures during all interactions Experience and Skills: Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset • Ability to work under pressure and meet performance metrics • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technologies • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends Wages : $25.90 - $29.20 Hourly From: EverFast Fiber Apply Job!
