This pivotal role involves engaging with existing customers on behalf of our clients through warm outbound calls to schedule appointments. Your interactions will not involve cold calling but rather nurturing established B2B or B2C relationships. Key Responsibilities • Conduct warm outreach calls to current customers to arrange meetings with their account representatives. • Create engaging and professional dialogues to effectively promote products or services. • Qualify leads to ensure they are relevant and ready for follow-up discussions. • Utilize persuasive sales techniques to overcome objections and secure appointments successfully. • Keep accurate and current records of all interactions and scheduled appointments. Required Skills • Prior experience in appointment-setting or outbound telemarketing is essential. • Strong persuasive communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly. • Exceptional organizational skills accompanied by meticulous attention to detail. • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and fostering positive interactions. • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with CRM systems alongside Microsoft and Google applications, including spreadsheets and documents. • A warm and engaging demeanor paired with a professional attitude. • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. • Self-driven with a focus on achieving results. Qualifications • Appointment-setting or outbound telemarketing experience is a must. • Must possess a personal computer or laptop running Windows 10 or higher (Mac or iOS not supported). • A two-way USB headset is required. • High-speed internet connection is essential. • Availability to participate fully in the training sessions conducted via Zoom. • Candidates must reside in the United States. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in sales closing or upselling is advantageous. • Familiarity with call centers is a plus, although this role is not part of a call center. • Bilingual candidates, particularly in Spanish, are encouraged to apply. • Comfort and efficiency in a remote working environment.
