Experience Level: Mid-level (2+ years of experience) Compensation: Commission-only About Us Sand Dollar Design is a global, fully remote UX design firm, specializing in User Experience Strategy, UX Research, and Prototyping. We have a distributed team headquartered in South Africa, and we’re committed to delivering exceptional digital experiences for clients worldwide. We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to help us grow our client base in the US. What You’ll Do: • Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients in the B2B sector, with a focus on companies in the IT services or development space. • Sales: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and offering post-sale support where necessary. • Collaboration: Work closely with our internal team to understand our offerings and provide clients with tailored solutions. • What We’re Looking For: • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role, with a track record of closing deals in B2B services. Experience in the IT services or development domain is ideal. • B2B Expertise: Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, and ideally, experience selling UX design services or related digital services. • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the tech industry and the ability to speak the language of IT decision-makers. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
