The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Northstar and Transformational architecture projects. This role will involve leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level telecommunications solutions, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals and Northstar initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Enterprise Architecture Development: • Design and develop comprehensive enterprise architecture solutions for telecom systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. • Lead architectural reviews and present recommendations to stakeholders and executive management. • Ensuring Governance & IT Standards are followed and adhered to. • Northstar Initiatives: • Drive the execution of Northstar, transformational initiatives, aligning technology solutions with business objectives and future-state visions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Northstar initiatives are integrated seamlessly into the enterprise architecture. • Understanding the impacts across multiple domains • Technical Leadership: • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices. • Stakeholder Collaboration: • Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, HLD documents, keeping in mind impacts across the org. • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. • Technology Evaluation and Selection: • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the telecom infrastructure and support strategic goals. • Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to validate new technologies and approaches. • Solution Design and Implementation: • Oversee the design and implementation of end-to-end telecom solutions, ensuring they meet performance, security, and compliance requirements. • Develop detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation plans. • Continuous Improvement: • Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the telecom infrastructure. • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of telecom innovation. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology. • Experience in Telecom, Retail, Cable, Banking. • Looking for proven enterprise Northstar, Transformational Work, A large conversions project, migration, etc. Work that is Enterprise in scale that touched multiple domains (compliance, security, care, billing, the CRM, Frontend, etc.) • Experience with Biz Design (this is used for documentation) • Sequence Diagrams • 10+ years of experience as an architect • Proven experience with Northstar initiatives and a strong understanding of their impact on enterprise architecture. • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks • Excellent problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills #ConcentrixCatalyst Location: USA, TX, Work-at-Home Language Requirements: Time Type: Physical & Mental Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone, headset, and other office equipment.
