As a transcriptionist, you will handle depositions, hearings, and other judicial proceedings with utmost accuracy and attention to detail. This role requires... familiarity with legal terminology, excellent grammar, and adherence to client-specific style guides. Key Responsibilities ? Process audio recordings to produce verbatim transcripts ? Pay close attention to detail in capturing spoken content ? Utilize legal terminology effectively ? Adhere to client-specific style guides ? Collaborate remotely with our supportive, in-office team whenever needed ? Set your own schedule and work according to your availability Qualifications ? Prior experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription ? Exceptional listening skills ? Strong ability to meet deadlines ? Excellent literacy skills, including comprehension, spelling, and grammar ? Proficiency in typing speed and accuracy ? Ability to handle extreme audio/text content, which may be offensive ?
