Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Contact Center Agent to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting a positive brand image. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving service issues, and providing information about our products and services. You will be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our offerings and policies to effectively assist customers. Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls promptly and professionally. • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and policies. • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues and concerns. • Document all interactions with customers in the system for record-keeping and quality assurance. • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively. • Achieve and maintain individual and team performance metrics and goals. • Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus. • Proven experience in a contact center or customer service role preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers. PAY RATE: $21.00 - $34.12 Experience and Skills: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus. • Proven experience in a contact center or customer service role preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
