Key Responsibilities: • Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights. • Provide flight information, including arrival/departure times, gate information, and baggage claims. • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a positive, friendly manner. • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely service. • Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experiences. • Maintain a deep understanding of Southwest Airlines' services, policies, and procedures. Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred). • Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude. • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using various customer service tools. • Positive, team-oriented attitude.
