About the position As a Senior Site Merchandiser at Target, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the online shopping experience for guests. Your primary focus will be on implementing and optimizing site merchandising strategies that drive conversion and maximize guest engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful content and utilize analytics to monitor performance, ensuring a seamless and satisfying digital experience. This position requires a blend of technical acumen and creative sensibility, along with strong analytical skills to support financial accountability and reporting. Responsibilities  Implement and optimize site merchandising strategies focusing on conversion and guest engagement. ,  Plan and execute brand-building, category-optimized site content in collaboration with category leaders. ,  Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and guest behavior to optimize performance and inform strategies. ,  Establish strong relationships across cross-functional teams to advance digital objectives. ,  Deliver financial goals and objectives for the category. Requirements  Four-year degree or equivalent experience ,  4+ years of e-commerce experience ,  Strong technical acumen and creative sensibility ,  Understanding of broader e-commerce trends and innovations ,  Demonstrated experience in strategic and cross-functional influence, planning and execution ,  Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including financial and business metrics ,  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
