Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing operational readiness plans, conducting training sessions for employees, and monitoring key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that all operational objectives are met and that the company is operating at peak efficiency. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field 2. 3+ years of experience in operational readiness or a related field 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines 6. Knowledge of industry best practices and trends 7. Proven track record of successfully implementing operational readiness plans Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement operational readiness plans to ensure smooth operations 2. Conduct training sessions for employees on new processes and procedures 3. Monitor key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational objectives are met 5. Analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements 6. Create reports and presentations to communicate operational performance 7.
