Negotiable based on experience Job Description: MPW Marketing, in Clinton, NY, is looking for a Google Ads & Meta Digital Marketing Specialist This is a permanent full-time position up to 40 hours per week with the option for remote work. As a dynamic and forward-thinking company, we are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and work alongside our team in the management of our Meta platform (Facebook and Instagram) and Google paid search ad campaigns. Google Ads Platform Responsibilities: - Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns across various platforms including Search, Display, and Local Service Ads. - Conduct keyword research to identify profitable opportunities and enhance campaign performance. - Write compelling ad copy tailored to target audiences to maximize click-through rates and conversions. - Manage bidding strategies, budgets, and targeting options to ensure cost-effective campaigns. - Monitor campaign performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI to make data-driven optimizations. - Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Google Ads to implement best practices and strategies. Meta Ads Platform Responsibilities - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram. - Create engaging ad campaigns tailored to target audiences to drive brand awareness and conversions. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ads for maximum ROI. - Collaborate with the creative team to design visually appealing ad creatives that resonate with the target audience. - Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to implement best practices in Meta Ads campaigns. - Manage budgets effectively, adjust bidding strategies, and ensure cost-effective advertising campaigns. - Conduct A/B testing to refine ad copy, visuals, and targeting for improved campaign performance. Requirements - 4-year College Degree - Real-world experience managing campaigns in the following environments o Google Paid Search o Google Display Networks o Google Video Networks (YouTube) o Google Local Service Ads (LSA) o Meta Ads Platform (Facebook and Instagram) Time Commitment The minimum workweek is 40 hours, but thereВ’s a lot of flexibility when you work those hours.
