Respond to data-related inquiries and provide necessary support to internal stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role, demonstrating proficiency in accurate data entry and management. Exceptional typing speed and accuracy, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Proficient in using data entry software and tools, with strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for identifying errors and inconsistencies. Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling efficient handling of multiple tasks. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with the utmost discretion. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field or related discipline. Prior experience in the recruitment or human resources industry. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
